I find theatre-making a hugely important exploration of the human spirit and our ability to transcend beyond our boundaries imposed by the world and ourselves. Theatre has always made an audience feel more hopeful, inspired and renews our faith in humanity. I use theatre techniques and this same spirit of exploration in my Leadership programs for bussiness organisations and leaders to claim a higher vision for themselves and their teams...and to inhabit their vision through action.
