A leadership style I've been observing lately. This person is often the only talker in the room; barely acknowledges team member ideas and contributions; can't see the gap between what they think they are communicating and how they are being perceived by others; tells others what they need to do but has given themselves little room for listening, learning and lifting others.
A tweak: "I know a lot... but hey I am driven to discover more, change my opinion, be open and alert to the value and potential of people around me" could be a more positive strategy for one's self and for others around us.
